Arabic Program at Ithra
Our students visited Ithra as part of the Qantara initiative, a journey designed to connect thought, reading, and meaningful dialogue. During the visit, the Arabic Language Department hosted an enriching discussion session centered around the inspiring book When I Decided to Climb the Ladder by Noor Bakhsh. Students explored the book’s ideas through guided conversations, idea-sharing segments, and reflective readings that opened new horizons of awareness and literary appreciation.
The session encouraged open interaction, allowing students to express their thoughts, connect with the story’s themes, and discover how every book serves as a bridge to a new shore of understanding and beauty. It was a thoughtful and inspiring experience that deepened their connection to reading, culture, and creative thinking.
