Essential School Information
School Hours
The school operates on a five-day week, Sunday to Thursday.
- Gate 2 will open at 7:30 a.m., with staff on duty until 7:50 a.m.
- Homeroom teachers will collect their classes at 7:40 a.m.
- Students are expected to be in the playground by 7:40 a.m.
- Lessons begin promptly at 7:45 a.m. Students arriving late must sign in at Reception.
- Gate 2 will open for dismissal at 1:00 p.m. for all Early Years classes and at 2:00 p.m. for Years 2-9.
- All students must leave the school by 2:00 p.m. (except those registered for after-school activities).
- Please ensure prompt collection of your children.
Staff will be on playground duty from 7:30 a.m. to 7:50 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 2:15 p.m. as well as during school breaks. Outside of these hours, the school cannot be held responsible for student’s safety and welfare.
After School Activities and After School Care
- After-school care is available from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. exclusively for Early Years students who have older siblings in the school.
- After-school activities (for Years 2-9) start at 2:10 p.m. and end at 3:00 p.m.
- Children must be collected promptly after their activities.
- Please note: If your child is not involved in an after-school activity, no after-school care is available after 2:00 p.m.
The school office is open from 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Sunday through Thursday. During these hours, all inquiries should be directed to the Receptionist.
To meet with the Registrar, Coordinators, or any teachers, please arrange
an appointment through the Receptionist.

School Security
- All visitors must report to reception
- All changes to travel arrangements must be provided to the school in writing
- Teacher appointments must be scheduled at reception or with the teacher directly via their school email address

- Inform your children of their progress through reports and schedule individual meetings with teachers where needed

- Please provide all stationery required in the school stationery lists
- Stationery is kept at the school for refilling throughout the school year
Code of Conduct
Physical Education (P.E)
- A note is required if a child is unable to participate
- Wear PE kit on PE day
School Uniform
- Please label all belongings
- All pupils should have a hat and the hat must be worn during outside play / activities
- NO Jeans (Denim) shorts or trousers
Food Policy
- Please provide a healthy lunchbox for both breaks
- No sweets
- No nuts
- Bring in a full water bottle each day with a flip lid (to prevent spillages)
- Children can only share if they bring a treat for the whole class to be given at the end of the school day
Sickness Policy
Inform your child’s teacher in writing or by e-mail if your child will be absent and when they will be returning to school.
If sick please stay at home
Notes from Parents
Notes from parents are required for the following:
- For all sickness, doctors appointments, etc
- Holiday leave and days off
- Traveling home changes
General day to day communication is to be sent through e-mail
Unscheduled Holidays
- Please try and be at school for a full term
- A letter is required for any unscheduled holiday leave in advance
Punctuality
- Staff will open the gate and be on duty from 7:30 am
- 1st bell is at 7:40 am
- Students must be in playground by 7.40 am
- Lesson starts promptly at 7:45 am, if late sign in at reception
- 2:00 pm to 2:10 pm all students leave school (except those registered for after school activities)
