Dear Parents,
We are very pleased that we can offer an additional day in school starting this coming week. This, however, means we must be extra vigilant in following the safety protocols put in place to combat the Covid-19 virus. The health and safety of our students is our top priority and therefore we must put these stringent measures in place.
As of Sunday, any adult entering the school must have the Tawakkalna App on their mobile device. The security guard will check your status to grant access. Currently, this check applies only to adults due to teething problems with loading children on the application. We understand the challenges with loading the app and will consider this during our first week. Students, however, must have their temperatures taken and wear a mask or face shield to enter the school. The usual safety protocols for adults to have their temperature taken and sanitize their hands before entering the school are in place.
Please may I kindly remind you that no parent or adult should move beyond the reception area. Students will proceed directly to their class upon arrival. FS students will be escorted by school staff. We are trying to minimize movement around the school, and therefore, we will not make any exceptions. Please cooperate with us.
