Our Term 2 assessment period for Years 1 – 6 is scheduled to begin on Wednesday, 16th December 2020. The Ministry requires online assessment for certain subjects, so there will be no online Zoom classes, in-school sessions, or any activities from the 16th to 23rd December. Students are expected to attend their assessments via Zoom at the designated time. We will send the finalised timetable before the assessments. Please ensure that your child has the below requirements to enable them to have a smooth and secure experience during that week.
Requirements for each Zoom assessment:
1. A stable internet connection.
2. A quiet room as students will not be allowed to be on mute during the assessment session to ensure they are working fully independent.
3. Outlook email address and password which will be provided by the homeroom teachers.
Please remember that students must complete all assessments independently. It is crucial to obtain an accurate measure of their performance and development, reflecting their true understanding, to provide them with appropriate support for further growth. The only assistance they will require is signing into their emails at the beginning of the session.
